To create an ethical space where local Jamaican youth leaders, and community artists, can strengthen their collective voice and cultivate their creative potential, through arts-based participatory methodologies and practices.

Physical Space
Upon the completion and opening of the Ubuntu Arts Hub multi-purpose space, the 1,500 square foot Jamaican youth center will feature a fully equipped recording studio, Y Arts Museum (YAM), gift shop, dance studio, live performance space, stage, kitchen, and office space.

Purpose
Family friendly and open to all, the Ubuntu Arts Hub shall be purposefully designed to meet a wide range of creative and professional needs. The multi-purpose space shall be used for dance rehearsals, live performances, business meetings, movie screenings, studio recordings, creative workshops, music video production, photography sessions, art classes, culinary arts/cooking, art exhibitions, special events, drumming circles, reasoning sessions, community conversations, and more!
